Pecan/Cranberry/Bleu Cheese Spread

This recipe only takes 4 ingredients and a little bit of elbow grease.

And mmmm-mmm it's good. Besides that, it's the perfect spread to bring to a party- easy to make but seems fancy!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 1 brick of reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 ounces chopped pecans
- 2 ounces crumbled bleu cheese (or gorgonzola)
HOW TO MAKE IT HAPPEN:
Step 1: Let your cream cheese soften for a while. Please do this, or else you'll just be making your life much too difficult.

Step 2: Mix in your pecans first. Once well mixed add your cranberries.

Step 3: Realize you stupidly used a tiny soup bowl, and transfer your mixture to a big mixing bowl.

Step 4: Add in your bleu cheese and mix well!

Step 5: Chill in the fridge for a few minutes- then serve with some crackers and enjoy! My favorites are Trader Joe's Roasted Gorgonzola crackers. They are seriously delicious.

Look how lovely it looks with some pecans sprinkled on top!

Please excuse me while I go eat an unnecessary large helping of this:
